: Combine coconut, caramel flavoured sauce and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix well.

: Place rounded spoonful onto prepared baking sheets.

: Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until browned around the edges. Let sit on baking sheets 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
