: Combine cream, ½ cup (125 mL) of the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Cover and chill 30 minutes.

: Beat chilled mixture until soft peaks form. Spoon into 8" square baking pan. Cover and freeze 1½ hours or until partially frozen.

: Melt chips with remaining Eagle Brand. Cool 15 minutes. Swirl into partially frozen mixture. Cover and freeze 3 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving. Garnish as desired.
