: Toss all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

: In a separate bowl, stir all wet ingredients together. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well. Spread mixture evenly on two non-stick cookie sheets and bake in preheated 300°F/150°C, stirring every 15 minutes until granola is no longer sticky, about 40-45 minutes. Do not brown.

: Remove from oven and let cool 5 minutes. Transfer to bowl and stir in dried fruit. Cool. Store in airtight container.
