: Mix together sweetened condensed milk, lemon rind and lemon juice until smooth.

: Stir in yogurt; fold in 1½ cups (375 mL) whipped topping.

: Fill individual parfait or dessert dishes with ½ cup of mixture. Chill 3-4 hours.
