: Place half of bread cubes in non-stick or sprayed 9" (23 cm) square pan. Arrange banana slices on top then cover with remaining bread cubes.

: Puree sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, eggs and 1 cup (250 mL) hot water together in blender. Transfer to bowl and stir in remaining hot water. Pour over bread, pressing to ensure mixture is completely absorbed. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, pressing some of them down into the pan.

: Bake uncovered until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about one hour. Serve warm or cool. Refrigerate leftovers.
