: Melt chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk in a heavy saucepan over low heat.

: Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour into heat-proof bowl. Let mixture cool at room temperature for about 20-30 minutes.

: Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Roll 1 tbsp (15mL) fudge into balls. Place on prepared baking sheet. When they are all done insert sticks into centre of ball.

: Refrigerate or freeze until set. Melt chocolate chips. Stir in salt. Place melted chocolate into 2-cup glass measure. This will make it easier to dip fudge pops. Dip each pop into chocolate. Put back on parchment lined baking sheets. Decorate with sprinkles if desired.

: Chill until chocolate is set and is easy to remove from parchment paper.
