2 cups500 ml fresh or thawed frozen unsweetened blackberries, mashed
1 can300 ml Eagle Brand® Regular or Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/4 cup50 ml lemon juice
1 tsp5 ml grated lemon rind (optional)
3 cups750 ml 10% cream
1 : In a large bowl, mash berries. Add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and rind, if desired; mix well.
2 : Stir in cream.
3 : Pour into 9 x 5" (2 L) loaf pan or other container; cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
Two cups (500 mL) fresh or thawed frozen unsweetened blueberries or raspberries can be substituted for blackberries.
