1 can300ml Eagle Brand® Chocolate Flavoured Sauce
2 tbsp 30ml vanilla extract
2 cups 500ml whipping cream
½ cup 125ml hot brewed coffee
1 package 150g Lady Finger Biscuits
1 : Combine chocolate flavoured sauce and vanilla. Whip cream in a large bowl until thick and cream holds its shape. Fold whipped cream into chocolate flavoured sauce mixture. Meanwhile, carefully dip lady finger cookies in to hot coffee, just to coat. Crumble wet cookies into pieces and mix into ice cream mixture. Pour into a 9” x 5” (2L) loaf pan or an 8” x 8” (2L) pan. Cover well. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
