: Combine crumbs, sugar and butter. Press firmly onto bottom of a 8" (20 cm) square pan.

: Beat egg yolks; beat in Eagle Brand, lemon juice, and food colouring, if desired.

: Pour into prepared pan. Bake in preheated 325°F (160°C) oven 8 minutes. Cool. Top with whipped cream.

: Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

: Garnish as desired. Wrap leftovers; return to freezer.
