Birthday Cake Ice Cream

  • Makes: 10-12 servings  
  • Preparation Time: 10 minutes 

Ingredients

2 cups 500 ml whipping cream

1 can 300 ml Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk

3 cups 750 ml vanilla cake, cubed

1/3 cup75 ml sprinkles

Directions

  1 :  Whip cream in large mixing bowl until soft peaks form.  Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into 8” (20 cm) square pan, cover with plastic wrap and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours.
