2 pkgs250g each cream cheese, softened
1 can300ml Eagle Brand® Regular or Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup250ml white chocolate, melted
2 tsp10ml pure vanilla extract
1 : Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
2 : Add melted chocolate, vanilla and beat until combined.
3 : Pour mixture into 9” x 13” (3L) baking dish. Cover and freeze mixture overnight.
This recipe can be frozen for up to 1 week.
Let the dessert sit at room temperature for 10 minutes for a softer texture.
