: Mix together cookie crumbs and butter. Press firmly onto bottom of 9" (23 cm) springform pan.

: In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

: Pour into prepared pan.

: Bake 1 hour in preheated 325ºF (160ºC) oven, or until centre slightly jiggles when pan is lightly shaken. Cool. Chill. Just before serving, remove side of springform pan. Garnish as desired.
