: Combine crumbs, sugar and butter; press firmly onto bottom of 9" (23 cm) springform pan.

: Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.

: Add eggs, flour, vanilla and rind; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.

: Bake in preheated 300°F (150°C) oven 1 hour or until lightly browned. Cool thoroughly and chill 4 hours or overnight.
