Luscious Baked Chocolate Cheesecake

  • Makes: 8-10  
  • Preparation Time: 15 minutes plus baking time 

Ingredients

1/3 cup75 ml butter, melted

1 1/4 cup300 ml graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup50 ml sugar

3 pkgs225 g each cream cheese, softened

1 can300 ml Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand® sweetened condensed milk

1 pkg225 g semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted

4 eggs

2 tsp10 ml vanilla extract

Directions

  1 :  Combine butter, crumbs and sugar; press on bottom of 9" (23 cm) springform pan.

  2 :  Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in eagle Brand until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over crust.

  3 :  Bake in preheated 300ºF (150ºC) oven 1 hour and 5 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool to room temperature. Chill thoroughly. Garnish as desired.
