: Combine butter, crumbs and sugar; press on bottom of 9" (23 cm) springform pan.

: Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in eagle Brand until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over crust.

: Bake in preheated 300ºF (150ºC) oven 1 hour and 5 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool to room temperature. Chill thoroughly. Garnish as desired.
