: Sprinkle crumbs over bottom of greased 8" (20 cm) springform pan.

: In mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in Eagle Brand until smooth. Add egg whites, whole egg, lemon juice, and vanilla; mix well. Stir in flour.

: Pour into prepared pan. Bake in preheated 300°F (150°C) oven 45-50 minutes or until centre is set. (Centre will spring back when lightly touched). Cool, chill.

: Top with fresh fruit or berries.
