: Stir together flour and baking soda; set aside.

: Combine eggs, mincemeat, Eagle Brand, chopped fruit and nuts. Add dry ingredients; mix well.

: Divide batter between two greased 9 x 5" (1.5 L) loaf pans.

: Bake in preheated 300ºF (150ºC) oven for 1 hour and 20-25 minutes or until done. Cool 15 minutes.

: Turn out pans; cool completely. Garnish with glacé cherries.
