Cranberry Cheesecake

  • Makes: 10-12  
  • Preparation Time: 15 minutes plus baking and chilling time 

Ingredients

1 cup250 ml graham crumbs

1/4 cup50 ml butter, melted

3 pkgs250 g each regular or light cream cheese, softened

1 can300 ml Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand® sweetened condensed milk

3 eggs

1 cup250 ml chopped fresh or frozen cranberries, thawed

Directions

  1 :  Combine crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9” (23 cm) springform pan.

  2 :  Beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually add Eagle Brand and eggs. Stir in cranberries. Pour into prepared pan.

  3 :  Bake in preheated 325ºF (160ºC)oven 45-50 minutes or until centre slightly jiggles when pan is lightly shaken. Cool thoroughly and chill 4 hours or overnight. Garnish as desired.
