: In small bowl, sprinkle lemon juice and cinnamon over apples; toss. Set aside.

: In large bowl, combine oats and flour. Add apple mixture, butterscotch chips and Eagle Brand; mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased or parchment paper-lined baking sheets.

: Bake in preheated 350ºF (180ºC) oven 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately remove from baking sheet. Store loosely covered.
