: Combine crumbs and butter; press firmly on bottom of parchment paper-lined 13x9" (3.5 L) baking pan. Bake in preheated 375º F (190ºC) oven 8 minutes. Remove from oven and reduce oven temperature to 350°F (180ºC).

: Melt Eagle Brand with 1 cup (250 mL) chocolate chips and vanilla. Spread chocolate mixture over prepared crust. Top with remaining 1 cup (250 mL) chocolate chips then nuts; press down firmly.

: Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool. Chill if desired. Cut into bars. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
