: Combine crumbs and butter; mix well and press into parchment paper-lined 13 x 9" (3.5 L) baking pan.

: Pour Eagle Brand evenly over crumbs. Top with toffee bits, chips and nuts; press down firmly.

: Bake in preheated 350ºF (180ºC) oven 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Turn pan onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into bars.
