: Combine chocolate wafer crumbs and butter in small bowl; press firmly onto bottom of 9" x 13" (3.5 L) pan.

: Beat cream cheese in electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients in order, beating well after each addition.
: Assemble and Bake :

: Pour batter over crust and bake in preheated 325°F (160°C) oven 35 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
: Glaze :

: Heat glaze ingredients together in double boiler or microwave, just until chocolate is melted, stirring frequently. Spread evenly over cheesecake. Chill until firm. Cut into squares just before serving.
