: Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC). Grease and line a 9” x 9” (2.5L) baking dish with parchment paper, overlapping 2 sides to use as handles for easy removal.

: Place vanilla flavoured wafers in food processor and process until you have fine crumbs. Place in medium sized bowl and add almonds and melted butter. Stir to combine well. Press evenly into prepared pan.

: Combine topping ingredients in a large bowl. Stir to combine well. Pour over base. Spread to coat the base evenly.

: Bake in preheated oven 30-35 minutes. Cool thoroughly and cut into squares.
