: Grease a 9” x 9” (23 cm x 23 cm) baking dish. Line with parchment paper, overlapping 2 sides for easy removal.

: Place marshmallows and sweetened condensed milk in a large saucepan. Cook over low heat until marshmallows are melted. Stir in vanilla and chips.

: Spoon mixture into prepared dish. Wet hands with cold water and press firmly into pan. Refrigerate until set. Cut into squares.
