: Combine crumbs and butter; press firmly onto bottom of
9” x 13” (3 L) parchment paper-lined pan.

: In mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk. Add juice concentrate, egg whites and rind; mix well. Pour batter onto the crumb base.

: Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 25 minutes or until centre is set. Cool, then chill.

: Garnish with fresh fruit, if desired.
