: Base: Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Press into prepared baking dish. Bake for 18 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes.

: Filling: Mix coconut and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl. Pour over cooled base. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake for 13 minutes.
