2/3 cup150 ml sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp5 ml vanilla extract
1/4 cup50 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
1 tsp5 ml finely grated orange zest
1-2 drops orange food colouring (or red and yellow mixed together)
