: Combine flour and sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Press firmly onto bottom of 13x9” (3.5 L) baking pan. Bake in preheated 350ºF (180ºC) oven* for 15 minutes.

: Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, egg, and vanilla; mix well. Stir in nuts. Spread evenly over prepared crust. Sprinkle with crushed toffee pieces.
