: Combine butter, sugar, cocoa, egg, crumbs, coconut and peanuts. Press evenly into bottom of a parchment paper-lined 9" (2 L) square pan.

: Combine sweetened condensed milk with peanut butter; cook and stir over medium heat until slightly thickened. Remove from heat. Spread over base.

: Melt chocolate and drizzle or spread over sweetened condensed milk layer.
