: Combine flour, sugar and cocoa; cut in butter until crumbly. Press firmly onto bottom of 13 x 9 inch (3.5 L) baking pan. Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven 15 minutes.

: Combine Eagle Brand, egg and vanilla; mix well. Stir in nuts. Spread evenly over crust. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned.

: Cool. Cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator.
