: In large bowl, beat eggs on medium speed for 30 seconds. Add sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla and sweetened condensed milk, beating well after each addition. Stir in coconut and oats.

: Spoon into very well greased and floured mini muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake in centre of preheated 375°F (190°C) oven 15-20 minutes or until firm. Cool, and then remove from muffin tins.

: Garnish with icing sugar and cocoa powder if desired. Store at room temperature in airtight container.
