: Prepare brownie mix as package directs. Stir in nuts, if desired. Spread into greased 13x9" (3 L) baking pan.

: With mixer, beat cream cheese, butter and cornstarch in large bowl until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand. Add egg and vanilla; beat until smooth. Pour cheesecake mixture evenly over brownie batter.

: Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven 40 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Cool. Drizzle with melted chocolate. Chill; cut into bars. (Refrigerate leftovers.)
