: Combine flour, oats, sugar and butter; mix well. Reserving 1/2 cup oat mixture, press remainder on bottom of 13x9" (3 L) parchment paper-lined baking pan. Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 10 minutes.

: Pour Eagle Brand evenly over baked crust. Sprinkle with nuts and chips. Top with reserved oat mixture; press down firmly.

: Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool; cut into bars. Store covered at room temperature.
